Official List?

Does anyone know if there's an "official" list of different sites that indicate where Katrina evacuees are being re-located? I’ve heard rumors that they are not being told destinations for fear of refusal to go.

2. Please let me clarify

my statement. By not telling evacuees destinations, I feel they are being held captive, clearly a violation of one's basic rights. Yes, they have lot everything, the least we can do is to respect their dignity. Here in Wisconsin homes are being opened up, but these homeowners are concerned about climate changes, etc., and feel the choice should be up to the evacuee. I would suspect anyone would prefer to remain as close to "home" as possible.
