Fema stopped Lester Holt (ABC) from reporting from NO> this morning

I was watching early this morning when Holt tried to do a segment on what appeared in or near Fema offices they were told they weren't aloud to record any footage by a young black man.

Please note; Mr. Holt wasn't trying to record dead bodies and such, just the fact that they represented a major news network.
