Vice President Dick Cheney, in Gulfport, Mississippi on a tour of the Katrina hurricane zone, was told to "go fuck yourself" twice on live television, RAW STORY has learned.

Off camera, a protester shouts, "Go fuck yourself, Mr. Cheney. Go fuck yourself."

The camera remains on Cheney while we hear scuffling in the background.

CNN's reporter asks Cheney, "Are you getting a lot of that Mr. Vice President?"

Cheney replies, "First time I've heard it., Must be a friend of John..., er, ah - never mind."

Paraphrasing . . . Blasting Bush/FEMA - 'I voted for you but you have not done your job . . . Gov. Blanco looking like an idiot on TV . . .' I'm not sure if she meant Bush made Blanco look like an idiot (begging for aid, or not) -- Basically, volunteers without much support from ANY organizations having to take on tasks (feeding/housing people & cleaning up) that the orgs are holding press conferences about/promoting themselves over/raising funds for. This, while millions of tons of US and International supplies and equipment sits in parking lots, overpasses, and on tarmacks.

Nobody would be able to show his appearances on television because the whole speech would have to be bleeped out per FCC rules.
