Blanco's LOUISIANA DISASTER RECOVERY FOUNDATION

Bush is pushing everyone to give to the Red Cross and Salvation Army, which is fine BUT Governor Blanco of Lousiana has a special Hurricane Katrina relief fund that is not getting enough exposure!

why foreign countries cannot donate directly to this organization, instead of getting "don't call us, we'll call you" from the federal government? Apart from the fact that it might offend BushCo? Oh yeah, that's gonna slow down the French...
