4. Ok the best I can remember

he didn't mention his name - said a Senator was suggesting that those who didn't evacuate should be punished. Lautenberg said they lost their homes, their memories maybe family members and he wants to punish them - haven't they been punished enough. Lautenberg also said that the Senator had sort of back tracked and said he was misunderstood - but then Lautenberg said something like read what he said its right there.....this of course is a very rough recounting of his remarks
