The Republicans have the most solid control over the federal government that any party has had since Jimmy Carter was elected in 1976 and a more ideologically unified governing party than any in modern history and they have proven they cannot lead. This is a very simply message to hammer home to voters in the next election. Remember: Republicans can't govern. Every idiot can understand that and 55-60% will agree with it.
