"ORANGE - Andre Arevalo, a 24-year-old New Orleans cellular phone company employee and Hurricane Katrina evacuee, doesn't want to sound ungrateful, but he's tired of waiting for government help.
He's not alone among Orange County evacuees, who voiced their frustration Wednesday, only to have it mount when they heard one Federal Emergency Management Agency staffer's reply...."

i know everyone is frustrated but sheesh, i think the gov't people could be a little more sensitive. hell i think stuff all the time that i don't say...
