More embarrassment - this time from John Gibson

Canada was so generous and sent a list of things here to help and got it here long before we got aid to the storm vicims, they donated all kinds of stuff (anybody know where to find a list, I'd like the link) -- and John Gibson was hosting for O'Reilly tonight and one of this guests was a representative of Canada. He actually had the audacity to say to the Canadian (paraphrase): You people are more liberal up there, and it's pretty evident that you really don't like Bush that much. Now, tell, me, did y'all do all that, send all that down like that just to embarrass Bush?
What a complete moron!! What an ingrate! I do know who how they can hold their heads up and have that kind of mentality!! It makes me sooo ashamed that that's what's representing our country on the airwaves!

To finish it off, the Canadian was quite gracious, said how we had been there to help them, that we were neighbors and friends, etc, and they wanted to help.

That must just kill the freepers -- an offer of charity from a country populated by desperately poor brown people. And Gibson is projecting. He doesn't care if the offers embarrass Bush; the truth is that HE's embarrassed that the (liberal! ptui!) Canadians offered their help. This fact not only reveals that the great U.S. is in a position to need aid from "weaker" countries; what's even worse for him is that he's been deprived by their generosity of the opportunity he surely assumed he'd have, which is to piss and moan about how the U.S. helps everybody else, but those ungrateful foreigners (some of whom are actually French!) won't give anything back. But now they did, and that disgusting fuckwit can't stand it.

I think it was AAR reported that they were flying Canadian flags in one part of Louisiana, as the Canadians had arrived there 5 days before the US Military.
