The only time he ever did his job was when hurricanes struck Florida. We all know why Florida FEMA response was successful. Like Mike Brown is going to drop the ball in the state where the governor is the presidents brother? But he left poor, predominately black people to die and shrub should get rid of him totally. FEMA tables were set up to answer questions, give assistance etc. Katrina survivors lined up, some were given "appointments" to come back the next day
