5. A speech might have been nice

oh, sometime last week maybe...address the nation, let us know what was going on, what was being done. I guess there was nothing to say.

And I've seen some photos. Looked like people with not a whole lot of spirit left, people who thought "well, at least things can't get any worse", and then had a hurricane take away even more.
