"It fell to a Cabinet official to deal with FEMA Director, Michael Brown".
MSNBC keeps pointing out that Chertoff was who decided to take Brown off the Katrina recovery effort and not Bush.

I guess Bush still thinks Brownie was doing a "heck of a job".

They keep repeating the story and it is a continuing slam at the lack of leadership by Bush.
