2. I think the barbed wire makes them look quite ridiculous already!

We're doing our march in two weeks, on September 24. However, the organization bushville.org plan to camp out in DC on 9/11.

On edit: Here's the link. What's the point of a parade if you're not allowed to watch it?

27. It's only for the party elite.
Remember Animal Farm.

It'll give Snowball a chance to fantasize again about being Prezzadent.

5. Majority Report treated this last evening -- I couldn't believe what
I was hearing. DOD is sponsoring this, along with Rumsfeld.

You had to have signed up by yesterday (Friday) at 4:30 PM for get the credentials to even attend the parade. You would not be allowed to just join in.

The march details (what streets they would be on) were not released.

A high fence around the streets would be in place.

Police in riot gear everywhere.

Washington Post article was mentioned.

Isn't this what we see in Cuba for a military parade put on by a government? Or China? Or when Saddam was in power in Iraq?

I think I'm living in an Orwellian nightmare.

Or maybe they're just afraid that they'll be laughed at. That's what everyone lining the sidewalks to watch them should do--just point at them and LAUGH!

Good luck to them. I don't have the retching smiley face to go with this post.

Edited to correct misspelling of EUNUCHS.

It just isn't a word I use in most ordinary situations...
