I am pleased, but remain ever so slightly skeptical. :)

Hey guess what? I am going to be on the radio - they want to interview me about my experiences in Crawford. Cool, eh?

Have you heard from Anna?

Her and her mom are trying to get to D.C. on the 24th, but that was going to be my big surprise when I saw you.

Damn you - AND the bear. :) :)

(oops - local radio or national - Big Eddie???)

17. Local
I ran in to the Crawford / Camp Casey folks at a gas station here in KC and we were talking. I recognized them, they remembered me. Anyway, this lady overheard us and was blown away that I had gone down there all the way from KC. I told her there were a LOT of people there (like you) who had come from much farther away. Turns out the lady has a radio show and asked me to appear. I am trying to set it up so Muse can be there too but her schedule is kinda crazy.

The interview will air on the 24th during the DC rally.

It looks like I should be responsible and buy new tires for my car instead of a plane ticket to DC. So I think I will not be able to come the 24th. Now if I had been born rich . . .

I will be there in spirit regardless.

24. Repeat after me - you can get tires anytime
D.C. happens only once.

Hey, if I convinced Muse to go to Crawford I can damn well convince you to come to D.C.!!!!

29. The problem is the money
for the tires is what I would be using to pay for the plane ticket. Now if that tree in my backyard would just start growing bills and coins. . .

Did some underage drinking, too.

Wow, You're right. It's very refreshing to come clean. Now I guess I should apologize for it, and we'll all sit in a circle and sing campfire songs.

Let *Stinky* be a lesson to us all..............

1. Why draw so much attention to yourself with "confession(S)"
what's the motive there when you don't even stick around to answer questions?
2. If said confession includes anti-abortion,anti-gay views and the "thing" thats turns said "former freeper" is an epiphany about the economy while standing in the "excercise room" one day.........uh, RED FLAG
3. Let the force be your inner guide........:)

30. Does anyone know what exactly got Stinky Bushes banned?
I'm wondering if it was just out of suspicion, or if he really said something that reveled himself to be a freeper. The few posts that i read from him last night seemed genuine, but I didn't catch most of his posts.

31. This thread is about Stinky Bush, is it not? What is tombstoned?
I noticed his lengthy introduction post yesterday, and read it but didn't respond because something about it seemed less than genuine. I did respond to one of his threads today about being 'pissed off' because FEMA was probably going to hide the accurate death count, and when I had completed that, I noticed that he had threads all over the place! The other one I responded to was about impeachment pro or con. The only DUers I know would obviously favor impeachment, if it were to include Cheney also, so I was somewhat curious about the post of his. My response, his response and responses from Oregon Blue are below:

http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=104x4737514

Me:
You're certainly asking a lot of 'leading' questions for a former freeper. Haven't you figured out in your own mind answers on these issues? How do I know you're not just getting info for the likes of Rush Windbag, and other RW hate groups... And to go from a freeper status, to posting all sorts of op eds, makes me wonder if you have other intents yourself. Sorry, but the RW HATES people with compassion; I'm curious as to your true motives here.

Stinky Bushes:
39. I'll probably post my "ex-freeper" story tomorrow but be assured that I am no troll or whatever. Take a look at my posts above - I don't think a freeper would dare to post such things.

Lurking here for awhile I assume that "freeper" means one who associates him/herself with the Free Republic Republican philosophy, but not necessarily a card-carrying, paying member of the Free Republic group. I was never technically a part of the Free Republican group and actually have never seen their website. But back in 2000, I did in fact join in on a couple of their protests during the election fiasco.

More to come on that later.

OregonBlue
47. Why not now? Is there something cloak and dagger we can't know about?

WiseButAngrySara
49. I have this weird feeling that he's collecting info for someone other than his own personal curiosity...which is why I'm not going to respond to the poll that he had soomeone else post for him....Gut feeling.

OregonBlue
51. Yah, that stuff about more to come later is to tin foil hat that I
find it hard to trust this person. Like I keep saying, if anyone on this board gets any truly hardcore damning information, please do not post here. Get it to someone in Congress that you can trust!!

*****************************************************************
So Oregon Blue and I were correct in our distrust and suspicion? I ask, because I really worried that I was being too judgemental. How was he 'discovered'? First Freeper I've knowingly encountered, if that's the case.
