Patterns. Bush has failed at everything he's done. 911 happened on |
|
his watch. His Katrina response proved that nothing has changed for the better. It is a well known adage that the BEST predictor for future performance is looking at past performance - and what we can see is endless failure. As long as the current misadministration is in power, NOTHING will improve. It amazes me that it took the public and the media 5 years and countless lives lost to wake up...but will they stay awake?

I'm positive it was his favorite philosopher answer, Jésus. That is what pulled in a lot of voters and I also think Rhenquist had a bit to do with it too.

3. We knew very early in his presidency.... |
|
The submarine came out of the water with all the Enron executives aboard and overturned a boat full of Japanese students and drowned them. Then, just weeks into his presidency still, the Chinese forced down one of his spy planes and the Russians returned it to us in pieces. He was weak and a failure from day one...
Then 9/11 happened. Then Abu Graib. Then the hurricane in New Orleans. And numerous failures in between like the war in Afghanistan and the invasion of Iraq. Never mind that he spent our country dry. The huge surplus we had when he stole the election in Florida has all dissipated and has been replaced with the largest deficits in history. Most Americans are just waiting for the next disaster or tragedy. They know it's coming.

7. 911 was planned under the previous administration |
|
To believe that it wouldn't have happened under the Gore administration is naive.

9. It certainly may have been planned under the prev admin. however it |

was executed under chimpys watch (or lack thereof). Doi you happen to recall the Aug 6th pres daily breifing wich said quote "Al Qaida planning to attack in US" and went on to say they were planning to use commercial aircraft?
Al Gore would have read his briefing and acted upon it.
The pnac conspirators whether you believe MIHOP or LIHOP or neither DID advocate such a event would further their agenda. Voila, so it has now hasn't it?!?
Reagan negotiated while out of power yet campaigning for pres with the Iranians re: the hostages to embarass Carter. Voila, they get released the day he takes the oath. Surprise.
I see a pattern though. They are evil, greedy, treasonous bastards who need to be prosecuted.

that 9/11 be the worst disaster of the Bush Presidency as it can be blamed on Islamic terrorists.
We are 2/3 on our way to match the horror of 9/11 with the loss of American lives in Iraq. Bush is unlikely to change his plan (what plan?).
The reality is that there are 3 more years for Bush policies to come home to roost. Plenty of opportunity for many millions more to suffer. We are 1/2 way into the hurricane season, with three seasons to go. We have phenominal deficits leading to an unprecidented growth in the natrional debt.
The inequity on the distribution of wealth grows.
If he is worried about his place in history, he should probably shoot himself now as a stop loss.
