So when you hear people say Roe is a state's rights issue - IT IS NOT.
States have NO authority to take away the fundamental rights guaranteed by the FEDERAL constitution.
And the Ninth Amendment, with the concept of natural law, guarantees the right of privacy.

... it does not limit the rights of the People! Any pretense to the contrary is the worst of all possible interpretations. Any assumption that the rights of the People are defined and delimited by the Constitution is as 'anti-American' as can be. The Constitution rests upon those very rights for its legitimacy, without which it is a 'quaint' charade.
