They must figure out what they must tell him, what they cannot tell him, and what they must handle with extreme delicateness because of his obvious inability to grasp all the subtleties, details, contingencies, context, and ramifications of a situation. This must mean endless pre-meetings to strategize what he can handle and how to keep him balanced. This means figuring out what he can remember, get right, pronounce, act through with approprateness, avoid, and what might trigger some display of idiocy.

It appears they have never conquered his need to sneer and utter atrocious quips.
