Questions I would like to ask Judge Roberts:
Judge Roberts, what we need on the Supreme Court is someone who can remain independent from any partisan group's ideology. In the past, have you ever participated in an organized effort to use the courts to move this country closer towards a specific partisan ideal? Would you give us the names of the people and the names of the organizations that you colluded with?

4. Well, at least he doesn't sound like Lindsay Graham.
Definitely cuts to the chase. Is Bush going to fulfill his campaign promise and select a strict constructionist. In other words, so right-wing that he flies around in circles.

3. Hmmm...
Do you see a fundimental right to privacy included in the phrase, "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people?"

If the answer is no, my follow up is, "Why not?" If the answer is yes, my follow up is, "All your previous writings have indicated that you do not believe in a right to privacy, what changed your mind, and when did that happen?"

5. I don't think right-wingers realize what they'll lose if we lose the right
to privacy. It means that taping someone in their own home is do-able.
