Notice, Bush's bored posture, what the hell am I doing here, and also due to his stance isolated from all... he definitely does not look in control... to a point that is the problem with Blanco as well, Nagin is, and the CG Admiral is definitely the take charge I am in change, but Bush looks bored and out of it. What you are truly are seeing is a three year old definitely not in charge, PISSED OFF, and who realizes this.
