A Drug Enforcement Adminsitration agent marks a church after he searches it for survivors and victims of Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans, Louisiana September 11, 2005. U.S. President George W. Bush headed to the U.S. Gulf Coast on Sunday to confront a region where the flood waters of Hurricane Katrina were receding but residents' frustration still overflowed and political recriminations were rising.

Is this the one?

I imagine the government will say the DEA is helping with recovery efforts. In reality probably looking for meth houses or something. At a church, I dunno.

2. image is not opening for me...
you may want to check the address again. Good question...are they taking advantage of no one home right now to illegally search?

Yes. The ones we need are over there so they won't be able to help over here. :grr:

6. They're lookin' fer weed!
Shrub: "Since they're goin door to door anyhow, Dick and I decided to see how many people we can bust on drug charges!

All them seniors down there are usin' that Can-a-dee-an medicine - gotta crack down on that! That's drug runnin'! Gotta put our priorites in place!

It's hard work! Think I'll need a vacation soon... Gotta cut this briefing short; it's almost bikey time!"

10. They are checking for drugs and guns and money.
They know that any dealers who left the 9th ward too late would have left behind the drugs, guns and money.

THe money will be seized, either officially or unofficially and forfeited.

The drugs will be seized, and anyone fool enough to return to that house arrested and charged and disenfranchised.

The guns will be seized, and (ibid.)

I figured you understood this.

11. If they can find illegal narcotics in a somewhat high percentage of homes
it gives them another divisive meme to send out to their thugs at freepland. "Why should we care about a bunch of drug addled poor people? I mean they found drugs in 30% of the houses!"... or some such thing... then again the tinfoil is little tight for me today.
