I'm watching Court TV and Nancy Grace just said it looks like a monarchy and that Roberts was in the line of succession. She asked Dershowitz to tell her how the message wasn't "the fix is in."

I don't care for Grace at all so I'm surprised that she isn't cheerleading. Both lawyers on with her brought up Roberts support for Bush v. Gore.
