If Clinton was so so bad, why do they always go running to him for help?

If Clinton was so so bad, why do they always go running to him for help?
Bush couldn't say enough bad things about Clinton---he was immoral, he was lazy, he was a spender blah blah blah. But when the going gets tough, Bush clings to Clinton to help him with his PR. Do you think he even realizes the significance of that?

5. Bush and his toadies said lots of things about Clinton but I don't think
lazy was one of them. They knew better. Clinton was anything but lazy.
