I heard on MSNBC an interview with a weather man who looked |
|
like he had seen a ghost or something, he seemed really bothered and said that when he heard the levee broke he knew what that meant and he was "chilled." It meant, he said, that it was night and so the people in their homes sleeping or whatever would basically drown, or be forced into their attics; where they may or may not be rescued, you know, if they could actually get up there.

a hurricane expert. At any rate he has been on TV even before the hurricane and he has shown more compassion for the people in New Orleans that anyone. He foretold exactly what happened.
He implored anyone who would listen that the people needed help evacuating.
I think he feels the pain of the human suffering being preventable. Always listen when he is on - he had the peoples' interests at heart.

2. I really get that about him too. It's nice to see. I felt that way... |

that the suffering and death was needless. I wish I would have seen that kind of concern and compassion from the President of the United States who didn't seem to be bothered or in a hurry or anything.
I did hear that part, what was that, about he predicted everything that happened?
