Monday August 22, Monday, August 29 or Monday, September 5?
When he stated that he knew about it on Monday, did he forget that he, himself, declared the areas a National Disaster Area on Saturday, August 26? Just what Monday did he know that a "big storm was coming"?

The storm was raging and the eye passed over NO on the 29th.
Whilst he was eating cake.
The levee broke the following morning when it was more than obvious to most of us that the city was in deep doo doo.
He went on to strum a guitar.

I want someone to ask him that question. I want him to give me a date and a time when he was fully aware of what was to happen or in his case, what had already happened. I want him to explain that to me. We all saw Andy Card whisper in his ear in 2001 ... when and who whispered in your ear this time blivet**? I want to hear it from HIS mouth!
