Meaning, who has behaved the worst (excluding Bush). My vote goes to that simpering Machiavellian toad Dick Morris. Barbara Bush is a patrician, elitist snob, and Limbaugh is a perennial asshole. I've never liked Morris. His smarmy, two-faced ways are well-documented.

... tonight on Hardball, I heard the story from two EMTs who were told by NO police that there were busses awaiting them on the other side of a bridge about 3 miles away.

They walked there and were joined along the way by 200 people from the SuperDome.

As they approached the top of an on ramp, they said they heard shots and stopped. One EMT approached the Sheriff of Gretna who told them no one was going to leave NO to "rape and pillage" in Gretna.

I nominate the Sheriff of Gretna for today's "world's worst person".
