Air America needs to get rid of Colmes and the sooner the better!!! Pay off his fucking contract! GET RID OF HIM! He has more freakin' repukes on than Democrats and I am sick, sick, sick of it! AAR is smart enough NOT to have alan colmes on their schedule. I'd direct that rant in an email (several emails actually would be better) to XM. Say to them what you posted here. They got rid of Ed Schultz so Randi could have her full 4 hours. Now we need Mike Malloy on instead of colmes.

25. Right NOW is a good time to start a co-ordinated effort at XM...

not just for getting Colmes OFF AAR, but to get them humping for a second LEFT channel....

XM just DROPPED two channels (Dicover Radio and Playboy Radio) and have only made ONE new channel announcement (a womens channel)

They will have another channel free soon (NASCAR ENDS).

XM has already done a few good things (like booting Medved, Gallegher and Bennett OFF XM)

DECISIONS ARE BEING MADE as to the second channel... part of the timing is when Schultz goes to four hours....

NOW IS THE TIME to let XM know how you feel and WHO YOU WANT TO HEAR.

ITEM 1: DO NOT BE JERKS WHEN WRITING. A lot of wankers hit them about getting all of Randi's show... the VENOM some people spit almost killed the deal... so DON'T BE A JERK.

ITEM 2: DO NOT TELL THEM TO YANK COLMES OFF TOTALLY. Like it or not, he has FANS. Ask them to move him to another channel (second left channel)

ITEM 3: The new AAR syndication track is the key to getting the second channel and what you want to hear MAY WELL HELP DECIDE NEW AAR'S SYNDICATION SHOWS.

Some 'talking points'.

- Political Talk Radio is best served LIVE WHILE IT'S HAPPENING, it's hard to get a discussion with a tape delay (that's your hook for moving Colmes/restoring Malloy to his time slot).

- Use Thom Hartmann as your opening (mention you LIKED WHAT YOU HEARD SUNDAY (Yes, Hartmann was on AAR/XM on Sunday...).

- Mention you VERY MUCH ENJOYED THE YOUNG TURKS when they've been filling in on AAR (yes kids, they may be joining the AAR 'syndication family'... maybe...).

- Talk up more shows that could be on LIVE instead of TAPE, Stephanie, Bill Press, LIONEL, Young Turks.

- MENTION THAT THERE ARE A LOT OF NIGHT OWLS OUT THERE THAT LIKE LIVE PROGRAMMING! Bernie Ward, Ray T., etc....

BE POLITE.
BE CLEAR.
GIVE IDEAS, NOT COMPLAINTS.
VOTE EARLY AND VOTE OFTEN.
