12. I remember watching Candy the night of Kerry's last rally

here in Albuquerque.

I had wandered over by the press tent, curious to see what they were up to (and I'd heard Kerry's speech almost as many times as they had anyway).

Not surprisingly, most of them were pounding away at their laptops.

Except Candy. She was walking around with a big plate of food, pacing and gorging, gorging and pacing. I thought it was kinda weird she didn't sit down to eat. It was almost as if the food excited her so much she couldn't bear to sit still... :puke:
