Sorry for calling you a dumb ass, but I've noticed if I put dumb ass in the title of my thread way more people automatically respond.

Anyway, George Clooney's new movie, Good Night, and Good Luck is all about how 6 CBS news people brought down McCarthyism in the US. Nazi propaganda techniques such as bandwagon, repetition, and straw-man are still being used today by Bushco.

George Clooney made this movie to remind us just how important the press is to a healthy Democracy. The movie itself looks beautiful, the actual footage of McCarthy fits seamlessly.

Plus Robert Downey Jr.

3. Ya know, I watched that trailer

I personally love it. I will be sure to watch it when it releases. However........

I think it will not reach the wider audience it deserves. The decision to make the entire film black & white is gonna keep people home in droves. The reasoning behind it is fine and I'm sure the movie will be all the better for it but it will be a shame if it doesn't get enough exposure due to that. The American public needs to see this movie and I fear that they won't.

Then again, I'm having a cynical day.
