Arlen Spector asking Roberts about Roe v. Wade & Birth Control issues now
Edited on Tue Sep-13-05 08:44 AM by CottonBear
Roberts is dodging and weaving. Spector is tougher than I thought he would be.
Now asking about Casey v. Planned Parenthood.

Spector's still grilling Roberts. God, Roberts creeps me out.

edit: Q. What is "super stare decisis (sp?) ?

2. Spector put up a chart showing the 38 times Roe v Wade has been upheld.
Spector just asked: "is R v W not settled for the nation (Robert's viewpoint) or is it not settled just for you?"

8. Interesting
Maybe it was to dodge Bush and surprise Roberts so he could get honest answers. I'm sure Roberts thought since the republicans controlled everything it would've been a cake walk. Well, not so much is it Roberts? I love it!
