Just heard that Bush says he accepts full responsibility for govenment failure in response to Katrina. Local TV news.

Burn in Hell. Oh, unless of course he is born again. How many times can a sinner be reborn? Doesn't it require a desire to sin no more? What if you have no concept of good and evil? Is ignorance a valid justification? Can any human really be that stupid?
