I don't think he should answer the specific question, would he try to OT Roe. I listened to the entire testimony so far, and Roberts did already say that Roe has been challenged 34 times in the Supreme Court, and that each of those decisions has set precident. He also said he believes precident has a strong influence on decisions, and "Overtturning a precident would be a jolt to the legal system and would undermine it's stability."
I don't think he should have to go beyond that in his answers. You see, I also don't want any Dem nominee to have to go farther than that either.
