BUSH: Americans have shifted focus from Iraq to problems at home.
Bush:“I can do more than one thing at one time,”
“To the extent the federal government didn't fully do its job right, I take responsibility,” he said. “I want to know what went right and what went wrong.”

This President fails to understand that he was the problem, He is what went wrong -- dereliction of duties...!
