Bush has NEVER said anything sincere, unless he has said something like "i dont know".

It is more frightening to me to have him act this way cause some stupid people will actually buy his act.I like it better when we see what we get !!!Mister evil emperor.This, I take responsiblilty is a joke and as soon as he said it I am sure he laughed his ass off.Never trust that shifty eyed little bastard.He will try and manipulate his way back to the american people who once trusted him.You know his base !!!! Now they are leaving the sinking ship and that terrifies him
