1,463 Days since 9/11 and Bin Laden STILL a FREE MAN....
We MUST never forget, and can't forgive, the unwillingness of this administration to make fighting Bin Laden and Al Qaeda Foreign Policy PRIORITY #1!

What would Americans have done if FDR waited 1,463 days after Pearl Harbor before attacking Japan?

REMEMBER - The TALIBAN didn't attack us. Bin Laden DID.

3. Great post. Bush's fixation on owning Iraq caused him to ..
abandon the mission in Afghanistan.

I was flabbergasted by the stupidity of the military operations in Afghanistan. Hiring warlords to get the people who attacked NYC ?!?

I envisioned a couple divisions to guard the border with Pakistan, and a couple light infantry divisions to go through the mountains to find the enemy.

What we got was a joke of an operation, because the White House was already planning Iraq. Complete incompetence and corruption.

6. If * did catch Bin Laden...
he would have to recall all those troops. He doesn't want to do that. I'll bet he catches Bin Laden right before the end of his term.

9. It's all about what's important to the guys in charge....
"...FBI supervisors in Miami met with new interim U.S. Attorney Alex Acosta last month, they wondered what the top enforcement priority for Acosta and Attorney General Alberto Gonzales would be.

Would it be terrorism? Organized crime? Narcotics trafficking? Immigration? Or maybe public corruption?

...none of the above. Instead, Acosta told them, it's obscenity. Not pornography involving children, but pornographic material featuring consenting adults...."
