Has anyone posted for discussion the fact that, as part of its charter, the President of the US is the titular head of the American Red Cross?

Do you have a link handy? I can google it myself, I guess. But I'm soooo lazy this time of the day. :)

4. The OP states that the President is the titular head of |
|
the US branch of the Red Cross. The post says nothing about the Red Cross being a part of the government.

5. Jumping to conclusions. My bad. |

6. Are you sure, because the Red Cross should be independent |
|
Their sign is the inverse of the Swiss flag because it symbolizes independence.
