Congressional Republicans are Forced to Address Rove's Plame/Conyers
Listen In as Congressional Republicans are Forced to Address Rove's Plame Leak
from John Conyers Blog

Starting tomorrow and stretching through next week, 4 House Committees are expected to vote on resolutions addressing the Valerie Plame leak. Specifically, these resolutions demand information from the Bush Administration on the outing of Valerie Plame in apparent retaliation for Ambassador Wilson's truth telling concerning weapons of mass destruction. The Bush Administration refuses to police itself in the midst of criminal and ethical misconduct and it is time for Congress to exercise its duty to oversee the Executive Branch. Many of these markups will be broadcast live on the Internet. The following are links to the Committee webcasts:

8. Overall, they will protect him. But the GOP will assign some to attack *
Doesn't it seen that the GOP's coordinated efforts involve hedging their bets, so in 2006 and esp. 2008 they'll have some candidates who can point to a record and say, "Hey *I* called for justice, *I* opposed Bush" if Bush is hated as widely as he deserves? So there's somebody that Repubs can feel is on their "team" when most of them feel betrayed by Bush himself. But they'll coordinte to ultimately protect the traitors.
That seems to be their strategy. I dunno. (Now, I think they'll fall prey to the ignorance they've been counting on, and nobody will have paid attention to individual records, just which party has screwed the country. We'll be able to attach any candidate to the Bush Admin corruption, if the Dems can stop wimping out.)

10. It's all up to what Fitzgerald brings to the table? - If indictments?
Republicans better be burning the candles late into the night figuring on what damage control can be used before 2006 elections, if Bush's numbers remain low and he continues acting like a fool instesd of Presidential
