The next SCOTUS nominee
O'Connor's seat is still open and we are hearing most of the same names we heard before Rehnquist died. The question is, Do you will Bush nominate somebody that Democrats can justify filibustering?

1. The Dems can justify fillibustering
just about anybody Bush nominates. But they won't. Pisses me off, but they won't.

Why won't Robert's speak his mind on how he feels about Roe v Wade? If the RW is so damn proud of their stand on that issue, why won't their chosen nominee be just as proud and come out and say how he feels? Why all the side stepping? What's so hard about being up front about your beliefs?
