That is the question going around DC now, according the Chrisitian Science Monitor reporter just on WJ CSPAN. I'd like to know some of our Dems to that question. Better yet, I'd like to know who's asking the question to begin with. This was being discussed in the context of the Roberts confirmation.

She didn't clarify who was asking or who was answering, or if the question is rhetorical. I think it is a question we need to ask within our party and of our Dem politicians. They certainly weren't thinking much about it when some of them supported the credit card companies' bill or the pharmaceutical companies' bill.
