I've seen their website and I'm pretty sure I've seen contigents at marches, but is anyone here involved?

My friend at work brought a flier into work that her daughters got at their high school about a protest on November 2. She wants to make sure it's legit before she lets her daughters get involved. I told her I thought it was but figured you fabulous DUers could tell us more about it.

worldcantwait.org is an offshoot of refuseandresist.org, which is the public-relations-friendly site of the RCP.

Personally, I think World Can't Wait and similar organizations can offer a lot to the antiwar movement, but they need to be taken with a grain of salt.

As to whether your impressionable children should be hanging out with RCP organizers... well, I'll leave that for you to decide :)

Well on the face of it the protest seems legit anyway. The RCP seems a little out there, but I agree the WCW organization seems to have a strong anti-war stance which I like. Well, they're not my kids so I'll see what my friend thinks. Thanks!
