The guy won't answer a damn thing and with as little as anyone knows about him why risk putting him on the bench?

I wasn't surprised when he kept quiet about abortion, but some of the other stuff is plain ridiculous.

bush is weak, the repukes are weak...seems to me a filibuster is the way to go.

1. I don't think...
...that the GOP thinks it's 'weak' right now, nor anyone on the right...

3. NO God damnit
That plays right into their hands. We seem to have the debate framed the way we want it (bush and repukes care more about pork projects and big business than regular people and national security) Why throw away that advantage by letting them re-frame the debate with this moral values crap? They can rant and rave all they want but if we grill Roberts then give him an up or down vote, their argument is almost totally neutered. He's going to get Roberts one way or the other(nuclear option if need be) so don't filibuster. Just my opinion, I could be wrong.

4. While they may look weak right now...
That doesn't change the numbers. They still have the majority.

BUT, that doesn't explain the WEAK resistance I see from the Dems. Where the F*#% are our leaders ?
