1. What's that giant sucking sound?
It's the sound of more US jobs disappearing......being sucked out of the country by the big corporations....

3. We're officially f**ked!
Soon, like Rome, we will crumble and fall. It is now only a matter of time! Bush will permanently move the WH to Texas, which he will rename Bushstantinople and the Christians will fight for this "holy land" against the muslims for the next thousand years. Bush II, the "chicken-hearted" will lead his Christian soldiers into battle!

22. They're still working on it...
I don't feel that we should put a time table on it though. You can never really tell how long these things are going to take, so we'll keep rebuilding it until the Romans can fend for themselves.

Seriously though, why don't we just re-legalize slavery and get it all over with. The idea that you can have a civil capitalism without worker protection is a fantasy. If you force American workers to "compete" against those who don't have rights, you effectively strip Americans of their rights.

4. He can not do this and protect American workers at the same time
His concern for American workers is shown by his dismantling of Davis-Bacon. Granted right now it is only for twelve states but the slipery slope has been reached.

12. Ahhh...not just Davis Bacon but allowing undocumented workers
as well (for 45 days). On the reasoning that people in the region have lost their paperwork due to the hurricane, DHS has suspended enforcement of documentation rules for employment.

5. The United States is ready to eliminate all tariffs, ...
subsidies and other barriers to the free flow of goods and services and cheap imported plastic crap from China"

"I further pledge to continue my assault on poor and working class people in these great United states, by outsourcing good jobs to the slave labor camps in South America and Asia."

"Good night and God bless."

10. I can't believe this. That is insane. He got up in front of the UN
and used fucking TERRORISM as a reason to get rid of tariffs and trade barriers? THAT'S his reason for needing to destroy the US job market and hand everything to the corporations?

Could this idiot be any more transparent? I'm so sick of this shit.

13. hell, yes, well, just screw us some more, Mr Fauxident
Anyone remember that movie "The Coca-Cola Kid" where the US branch faxed the Australians disavowing any connection to the idiot from the US branch that was coming in to "assist in market share"? They explained how they all thought he was nuts, too?

Would it be possible to affix some kind of rolling digital banner across Chimpboy's narrow forehead apologizing in advance for the shit coming out of his trembly little mouth?

15. I wish Republicans understood that this is not Republicanism
The Republican Party originally was an outgrowth of the Whig party, and always favored strong tariffs to protect domestic industry.

18. I get a zillion catalogues in the mail, especially travel gadgets
and clothes. One of the catalogues now specifically includes items Westerners can take with them to China, such as pocket translators, a folding silverware kit, and face masks (for the pollution).

China. They can have our resources - and we can give them a daily earfull on human rights.
