Question...about the bodies....'dead people'... |
|
Why was it so politically 'correct' to publicize the deaths, and in many cases even televise the funerals of those who died on 9/11, (especially the pilots, firefighters, emt's rescue personnel etc..). Yet, when it comes to bush's illegal war on terror, and the victims of the ineptitude of his 'Federal Homeland Security Dept' showing the EVIDENCE of damning failure is cloaked under the notion that 'they' are somehow showing 'respect' for the families of the fallen, and the suffering???
Did we 'disrespect' the families of 9/11 by collectively remembering and publicly acknowledging them?
My son asked me that the other night... and i couldn't give an answer that made any logical sense...
Anyone?
(maybe the problem is there IS no logical answer?)

If you want to get into a discussion of opportunistic political bullshit. Any other angle and I'm frankly at a loss.

5. Death is a part of life |
|
I think it's more than logical to report it, it's necessary. Why should the media or anyone else for that matter deny deaths' existence?
