They're both seated behind the president's desk. My uncle was a PT boat commander in the Pacific in WWII.

As to Bushco's photo, it's prominently hung in most federal offices where the public can see and gag at it as they enter. Not to mention how it distresses the federal employees who pass it every day, knowing he's destroying their agencies. .
