have you ever been UNDERcharged on a bill?
have you ever had a mystery CREDIT show up on your credit card bill?
have you ever had a preferred, teaser rate accidently continued AFTER the expiration date?

how come every time a corporation makes a mistake, THEY are the ones who benefit and *I* have to call to correct THEIR mistake?

if they're actually MISTAKES, wouldn't they tend to be in MY favor about 50% of the time?

hmmmmm....

1. I once got a dollar sixty two sent to me every month for about five years.
It was an old phone company refund check.

2. And if you get caught, they can charge you with a felony....
and be liable for interest and penalties.
