anyone reading the Gov. Fletcher (Ky.) follies?

***SPECIAL REPORT***Sources Inside The Governor's Office Are Now Providing Information To BluegrassReport.org -- Today's Firings May Have Been The Tipping Point Of The Demise Of Governor Fletcher's Administration
In the past hour, sources have told BluegrassReport.org several major updates:

First, sources within Governor Fletcher's office fully believe that he will be indicted by the grand jury this Friday, when they are scheduled to meet again.

Secondly, it appears that Finance Cabinet Secretary and recently named Executive Secretary of Governor Fletcher's cabinet, Robbie Rudolph, has emerged as the top aide to Fletcher and is behind the firings of today as well as Senior Adviser, Daniel Groves', resignation of yesterday.

Sources have told BluegrassReport.org that Rudolph's ascension has been guided by Republican State Senate President David Williams, a close associate of Rudolph's, and the main person behind the push to force Fletcher to issue blanket pardons. Apparently, while Senator Mitch McConnell has washed his hands of Fletcher and his Merit System mess, Williams has stepped up to assist in a last-ditch effort to save Fletcher's Administration.

Not surprisingly, among those NOT fired today were Acting Transportation Secretary Bill Nighbert, one of Williams closest friends, as well as Deputy Transportation Secretary Jim Adams and recently promoted Tim Hazlette, who replaced Dan Druen last month as Commissioner of Administrative Services in the Transportation Cabinet. While Nighbert was protected by Williams, both Adams and Hazlette were protected by Nighbert. All three men were indicted by the grand jury and pardoned by Governor Fletcher.

Also, Rudolph was the driving force behind Daniel Groves resignation of yesterday. Given Groves' long-time personal relationship with Fletcher, it seems as he was given the courtesy of leaving one day ahead of today's actions. Finally, it appears that Chief of Staff Stan Cave will be fired or forced to resign in the very near term.

Given all the sources that have reached out to BluegrassReport.org from the Governor's side of this scandal in the past few days, I can only conclude that the tipping point has now been reached and it is now just a matter of time before Governor Fletcher's administration will be over, as the rats are now jumping off the ship before it is fully submerged.
