The Judiciary is independent branch and should not bow to Senate demands..
...for responses about one issue or another. That's what the Republicans say. The Judiciary should be independent. Then, at each break, they get their boy, John Roberts, by the arm and lead him to the quiet corners to discuss their strategy in the next round of questioning? So, the judiciary should be independent from the legislative influence, but it's OK to be led around by the nose by the Executive branch? Such an open an obvious lie, I just had to point it out...

1. Concerning the judiciary,
I suggest buying Catherine Crier's new book, "Contempt-How the Right is Wronging American Justice" and share it with both friends and bush supporters. It may be the way to open people's eyes.
