Rep. Jeff Flake R-AZ is on cspan, and actually said something |

I agree with! "I agree with Congress authorizing the original $10.5 billion to FEMA for rescue efforts in the Gulf, but giving them the additional $50 billion was just too much to give FEA all at one time! They should have to come back weekly to explain what they spent the $$ on, and tell why they need more. Giving all of it at once is like writing a blank check, and we need more oversite than that!"
I RARELY agree with any Pubs, but I sure agree with THAT statement!

1. It demonstrates fiscal responsibility. |

Something that people no matter what political party they are with, believe in. Don't worry that you agree with a pub. It may just be the surprise you are having is that there are still some that actually have a sense of fiscal responsibility.
The endless money these people are allowing without accounting for it, is looting the American people right down to their kids and their grandchildren.

2. Too bad that logic wasn't used in all the |

money earmarked for Iraq. I have seen little accountability there. Hell, they've lost unaccountable billions!
