Who is the most to blame for the mess this country is now in, and in what order?

2. I see that bush is winning, but I just don't see him as the master mind
of a huge plan of action that went terribly wrong. I think cheney and rove and rummy are behind it. They appealed to bush's mega ego to lead this mess, and here we are today. IMHO.
