14. Now that's a fair question: what was the coffee like under Saddam?

Did he mandate decaf? Was there a limit on use of cream and/or sugar? Were coffeeshops required to verify Ba'ath party membership prior to serving a customer? Truly, any one of these would be reason in itself to overthrow a government.
