Contact your Representatives: Rove should not head up NO reconstruction

Karl Rove should not be put in charge of $200 billion. I have serious questions about how he will really spend a great deal of this money. This calls for a job for somebody who actually knows how to rebuild and reconstruct. It is NOT the job for a political hack. Hasn't Bush learned anything since Brown? You shouldn't mix politics and Emergency Management. The Democrats should nip this in the bud!
