Rove may finally have the visibility we need to put his ass in a sling
I don't want him to be in charge of squat. But if he does head up the NOLA recovery, he's going to be on tv more often than "Friends" reruns. We'll be able to skewer his ass six ways from hell. Bring it on Karl, you worthless bag of sludge.

The "Republicans say Karl Rove is in charge" part of that seems to mean they've been advised that Rove is unofficially in charge, but not officially accountable. In other words, politics as usual, with more looting of the nation by and for Bush's supporters.
